The Smith & Nephew LENS Integrated System (the System) is a state-of-the-art video system designed for use in endoscopic surgical procedures. The System enables control of camera features (enhancement features and zoom capabilities) and accessories (VCRs, video printers, and image management systems) through either the camera head, control unit buttons, or the optional LENS Application (the App). The System includes an integrated LED Light Source, which provides illumination during the procedure via designated light guides and endoscopes.
