The unique open architecture design of the Healicoil PK suture anchor utilizes significantly less material than standard solid-core anchors, dramatically minimizing the volume of material implanted in the shoulder. The Healicoil PK anchor inserts easily into all densities of humeral bone. Torque is distributed along the length of the anchor during insertion and improved anchor thread engagement in the bone delivers superior pull-out strength.
